A Medical Doctor, Okeogene Rawlings Godwin, has been remanded in the Port Harcourt Correctional Service over an alleged N8.5 million fraud Justice P. Ayua of the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on Tuesday remanded the suspect for obtaining money by false pretence, contrary to Section 1 (1) (a) and punishable under Section 1 (3) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act.
