The Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court has directed medical labs conducting RT-PCR tests to hand over test reports to patients on WhatsApp, along with providing a hard copy. The labs need not wait for the report to be uploaded on Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) portal before sharing the report with patient.
