Justice of the Peace Anna Gibbon, who was found to have engaged in judicial misconduct, filed a motion for a judicial review of the recommendation she be removed from office
Gibbon was found to have engaged in misconduct by intervening in a Highway Traffic Act charge involving her son, and while the majority of the review panel is recommending she be removed from office, one member felt a combined disposition including suspension and education was more appropriate
