Justice Simon Moore asked them how they were before adjourning for a break. Detective Glen Randall then took the jurors through second by second of the footage and a booklet of stills as he commented on a blow-by-blow account. The footage, captured inside an internal and barren exercise yard in March 2020, apparently shows Lee and another prisoner Cesar Su’a walking up and down the yard together. As well as Lee and Sua, five other inmates were in the yard. Some walked up and down, others used the exercise equipment and played cards. As Su’a and Lee walked past Telefoni and the prisoner with name suppression, Randall said Telefoni punched Lee in the head.
