SUKKUR: The Sindh High Court, circuit bench, at Sukkur on Wednesday adjourned the petition hearing till July 08, against PPP leader Khursheed Shah’s illness and stay at the NICVD Sukkur, which was declared sub-jail.
Reports said the SHC Sukkur had ordered the concerned authorities, including Additional Advocate General Shafi Muhammad Chandio and Administrator NICVD Dr Naveed, to submit their reports on Khursheed Shah’s alleged illness and reasons to declare NICVD’s floor as sub-jail for the convict of Rs1.23 billion corruption reference. It is pertinent to mention that the PTI Sindh leader Syed Tahir Shah filed a case in SHC Sukkur, challenging the alleged illness of Khursheed Shah and his stay in NICVD Sukkur for the past two years, which was declared a sub-jail for him.
