The Delhi High Court has directed preservation of guest register, booking invoices, CCTV footage of a hotel based in Goa and phone records of a husband, whose wife has sought divorce on the ground.
The High Court made the observation while dismissing a man’s plea challenging two orders passed by the family court allowing his wife’s applications for seeking preservation of CCTV footage of a hotel where he was allegedly indulging in adultery with another woman.
