The Supreme Court just ruled in favor of the restaurants that are involved with the lawsuit against the state that would let them re-open if they fall inside a yellow zone.
New York State Supreme Court Justice Henry Nowak heard the case from attorneys that represented the establishments involved. The restaurants claim that the micro cluster regulations violate their constitutional rights as business owners.
