QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) has issued notices to the provincial additional chief secretary, home secretary, inspector general of police and SP traffic on the issue of use of non-standard number plates and tinted glass windows of vehicles and firing into the air in the city, directing them to give a clarification at the next hearing.
A BHC bench comprising Justice Mohammad Hashim Khan Kakar and Justice Abdullah Baloch passed this order while conducting initial hearing of a petition filed by a lawyer, Syed Nazir Agha, regarding non-standard number plates and tinted glass windows of vehicles and aerial firing.
