LOBATSE: Seven years after being gruesomely murdered by his cousin, Arnold Ofentse, the 16-year-old deceased student and his tormented family have finally gotten justice.
LOBATSE: Disgraced former police officer Kenosi Kamina, 43, hailing from Maun, has embarked on a legal battle against the Attorney General, demanding a sum of P525,019.96 as compensation for the violation of his rights and the enduring anguish of fear and isolation.
LOBATSE: In a recent turn of events, Ofentse Ramolala, Phenyo Molefe, and Alfred Lesego, all hailing from Molepolole, have pleaded guilty to charges of manslaughter and robbery in a case dating back to 2016.
Trial has begun in a case in which Thato Tsametse has been charged with murder of his teenage cousin back in March 2018 allegedly for insurance claims valued at P50,000.00. Despite the fact that Tsametse had reportedly got him arrested by sharing his story with traditional healers who then reported him to the Police, he has pleaded not guilty.
