A judge has ruled that the University of Regina must provide information to one of its professors about who is funding research into the oil and gas industry.

Set to run for approximately 1½ weeks, the trial was again adjourned this week when Jarvis’s defence counsel expressed concerns he didn’t have all the information he needs to conduct his part of the trial. During a Monday court appearance, Roch Dupont talked about making an application for additional disclosure prior to the trial continuing.
The case was set over to a pre-trial date in late January to see where the matter is at. A new trial date will then have to be set.
