A live look at the upcoming term continues with remarks from former u. S. Supreme court law clerks. The George Washington law overview and the National Constitution center started about 10 minutes ago. One thing that just struck me was that there was a component to the interview, but the result was a very personal component and what she talked about is that she really cares deeply that the clerks are civil with each other, and are good people and well get along with each other and with clerks for all the other chambers.
