KATHMANDU, July 31: The Nepal Bar Association (NBA) has demanded enforcement of full automation at the Supreme Court for hearing. A memorandum was submitted to Chief Justice Hari Krishna Karki in this regard on Sunday.

KATHMANDU, June 26: Dr. Shree Krishna Bhattarai, a justice at the Kathmandu District Court, has tendered his resignation from his position. Bhattarai cited his discomfort in working under Chief Justice Hari Krishna Karki as the reason for his resignation, claiming that the Chief Justice himself has raised legal and ethical concerns.
