Ashley County Quorum Court voted Jan. 9 to amend an existing ordinance so that all nine justices of the peace would be considered members of the county budget committee.
Gordon Wilbourn, partner at Kutak Rock LLC, presented Ordinance 2023-25 to the Ashley County Quorum Court justices at their regular meeting Tuesday evening, June 13.
