Botswana s president vowed Monday to fully implement a court ruling decriminalizing homosexuality in the landlocked southern African country, two months after losing an appeal to overturn the ruling.
Effective April 1st this year, various government ministries through their accounting officers will now be at the fore-front of adjudicating and awarding tenders worth billions of pula. This comes after parliament passed a bill last year to overhaul public procurement.
