(Bismarck, ND) The state Judicial Nominating Committee is revealing the three finalists for a seat on the North Dakota Supreme Court. South Central District Judge Doug Bahr, North Central District Judge Stacy Louser, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Jake Rodenbiker were chosen to move forward in the selection process. The seat is currently being held by 89-year-old Justice
Within the next 30 days, Gov. Doug Burgum must either make a selection from the committee's list of nominees, ask for another list or call a special election.
