There was a Courthouse attached to its right hand side and also had a porch to the front of the present building.

Taoiseach Micheál Martin has corrected the record of the Dáil in relation to a report on garda misconduct.
The issue relates to a report by senior counsel Seán Guerin which led to the resignation of then minister for justice Alan Shatter in 2014.
Mr Guerin s report criticised Mr Shatter s handling of allegations by garda whistleblower Maurice McCabe.
Subsequently, the O Higgins Commission found that Mr Shatter had handled the allegations correctly.
The Court of Appeal found that the report breached Mr Shatter s constitutional rights.
Mr Guerin appealed the decision to the Supreme Court which ruled in Mr Shatter s favour in February of last year.
