Justice Adrian Fisher will on Wednesday 10th March rule on the merit of the ex-parte notice of motion which sought to slam an injunction on the All Peoples Congress (APC) Party.
Last Friday, lawyer for the plaintiff applicant, J.M Jengo, prayed to the court for an extension of time to allow them fulfil the orders of court, adding that there was no affidavit to support the injunction.
The orders of the court was to restrain the defendants-the APC party executive, from holding any conference, rally, convention, and meeting until after the determination of the matter by the High Court.
