Justice Abubakar Hussaini Musa of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court on Wednesday vacated an earlier order of the court directing the Inspector-General of Police to arrest the Director of Proceeds of the Crime Department of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Aliyu Usman. The order for the arrest of Usman was made after he disobeyed the ruling of the court directing operatives of the Commission to vacate a property at Number 6, Aso Drive in Abuja.
