temperature for the migration season early july is about 60 degrees. but the water temperatures were sitting roughly at 70, even higher temperatures reported in some of the local jus outlets there, as well. unfortunately, this trend looks like it may continue especially if we have julys and previous months like we ve seen being above average. that is the trend across the entire planet and in affect specifically. six of the last eight days have seen record high temperatures. if this trend continues the potential to see ramifications from this loss of habitat, this loss of salmon obviously will be impact the state economically. it will impact the salmon fish population across this area. and unfortunately, have long-standing economic impacts on this part of the world and this particular industry. fingerprint of climate change. derek, thank you. thanks for being with us for in hour of newsroom. i m george howell at the cnn
