fact that it appears there was some judge shopping that was going on. turns out failed search warrants were presented to a judge. the judge found there was not probable cause to be able to issue those warrants and instead of accepting the judge s ruling or the judge s determination, marilyn mosby s office decided to find a blue light probable cause special somewhere else and got another junl judge to meet with the detective, after they say maybe we can beef up the warrant to find probable cause. it s so outrageous. the way it sounds like they re looking for a judge in the packet. who was easy to rubber stamp, to do it their way. the first one said no probable cause. and so they basically said let s go down the hall and find something to go our way. they also according to this motion met with the medical examiner excluded law enforcement officers and came out afterwards and the medical examiner said the cause was hd
