May 12, 2021 MARQUETTE, MI – Peter Bloukos, age 92, passed peacefully in his sleep on May 10, 2021. He was a resident of the Jacobetti Home for Veterans. Peter is survived by his wife of 62 years, Florence Froney Bloukos, his daughters, Loren Blake, Andrea Bloukos and her husband Mike Billingsley, his grandchildren Kelly Sprouse, Sam Billingsley, Bailey Tucker, and Nikki Lazarski, and his brother George Bloukos and his family. Peter was drawn to the entertainment business when he was very young, living in Brooklyn, New York. After his service to his country as a combat medic and purple heart recipient during the Korean war, he happily returned home to pursue a career in entertainment. Peter was employed by CBS in New York City and spent many years entertaining people and making great friendships in the business while doing stand-up comedy and tap dance performances in the greater New York area.
