Sandra Cam, an official of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) who was charged and later ordered arrested for the killing of a local official of Masbate, is now under police custody, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said on Thursday, April 29.
But CIDG director Maj. Gen. Albert Ignatius Ferro said that Cam is currently inside a hospital because of medical concerns.
