Mitchell said the Electric Bus will be the biggest and newest vehicle in the convoy. Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - Juneau s Electric Vehicle owners will be celebrating Earth Day activities with a COVID free Road Rally event Saturday, and organizer Duff Mitchell said the rally was inspired by a national campaign Drive Electric Earth Day.
Mitchell highlighted that Capital Transit s new Electric Bus will also be joining in the rally, and is considered to be the main event of the convoy.
The Rally will depart at 1:30 PM, so vehicles are asked to line up at 1:00 PM.
A route map will be provided to participants at the event.
