Little money, very little resources, and to be honest, it is quite demoralising. I am a patient in the nhs. I had great care before my operation, but afterwards it has gone downhill. The staff are demoralised and tired and it affects us as demoralised and tired and it affects us as patients. My mum was diagnosed with cancer not long ago. I think the nhs is absolutely fantastic.
