Palak said that in order to build an innovation ecosystem in the
country, priority should be given to active learning and hands-on

He suggested simplifying copyright and trademark management to
build innovative ecosystems.
E-Cab suggests consumers to shop from authentic companies

The E-Commerce Association of Bangladesh has suggested the e-commerce consumers to remain aware and purchase commodities from responsible and authentic companies.
The call was made from a virtual press conference organised by the association on the occasion of E-Commerce Day on Thursday. E-Cab is working to finalise the Digital Commerce Guidelines of the Ministry of Commerce to bring discipline to the e-commerce sector, said Asif Ahnaf, a director of the association. This will enable the buyers to be aware and make purchases from the responsible organisation. It is possible to reduce the problem to a great extent by making the buyers aware, he added.

President M Abdul Hamid asked all concerned on Thursday, including ICT entrepreneurs, to develop skilled human resources along with inventing advanced technology for cyber crime control and preventing cheating in the name of e-commerce.
“In addition to invention of advanced technology, the ICT entrepreneurs need to take effective steps in building skilled manpower to combat cyber crimes,” the President told the inaugural function of three-day “Digital Device & Innovation Expo 2021” in the city.
Referring to spreading the uses of information and communication technology (ICT), he said the level of cyber crime is on the rise, often creating social unrest on various social issues.
