Unclear if those 2 people are also students. Police say the shots rang out at a home on app gar street just before 10 oclock last night. Investigators say they found several people with gunshot wounds at the scene. 2 of those victims who died. Were Berkeley High School Students, the condition of the other 2 victims is unknown. The Berkeley Unified School district released a statement tonight saying, quote, we are deeply saddened to have learned that to Berkeley High School Students and beloved members of the b usd family lost their lives yesterday in a senseless act of gun violence. Our hearts go out to their family and everyone impacted by this tragedy. The School District will have Counseling Services at week.
