In a statement, PRO-13 Director Brig. Gen. Romeo Caramat Jr. identified the police officer as Chief Master Sergeant (PCMS) Julius Calderon, presently assigned at the city police headquarters. "PCMS Calderon, along with 136 police officers, underwent drug testing at the Regional Crime Laboratory Office 13 on October 12, 2021, for their promotion," Caramat said. He added that Calderon's urine specimen yielded a positive result for the presence of methamphetamine substance, which is associated with shabu use, during screening and confirmatory drug testing. "The subject police officer is now undergoing pre-charge evaluation. The regular drug testing is part of PRO-13's continuing efforts to clean its ranks from scalawags," Caramat said. He added that Caldero
