Its being held in roanoke after a judge declared a mistrial when investigators discovered one of the defendants got a list of potential jurors and shared it. Wsls 10s ananda rochita has the latest. Ananda rochita the jury will continue to deliberate tomorrow morning on the case involving six people allegedly members of a gang. Four suspects are charged with the murder of Waynesboro Reserve Police captain kevin quick while the other two are accused of being the gangs ring leaders in a racketeering conspiracy. Pieces of evidence and what was brought up in these past three weeks. There were more than 50 witnesses who took to the stand.
