Brett this is posing lopez in his First Court Appearance from his alleged involvement in the shooting, he has been charged with carrying a concealed firearm and tampering with evidence. And according to an and affidavit, he was outside the club following the shooting at glitz ultra lounge. The report said he had blood on his clothes and was standing next to a man on the ground that had been shot when he was approached, he allegedly threw a gun onto the roof of a new nearby shed and arrested at the scene and the affidavit says around 1 00 in the morning on sunday, a fight rogue out and customers pulled guns and started firing. Lopez has posted bond and is out of jail. He was arrested at the scene on sunday that orlando pd did not put out any report about this until this morning.
