It’s a wondrous sight of nature to see and it means peak season is here. I know because the sweet corn is in. When the corn is in, the market is at its fullest. Farmer Steve Goetz from the Goetz Family Farm & Greenhouse, agrees. “We had so many new faces at the market this last weekend,” he grinned. “It’s almost like a scout comes in and reports back, ‘Yes - they have everything now.’”
