They get behind this hyundai accent, and they look like the coast is clear. Shoot. And that is a police officer. That hits this girl. Clearly did not see her until the last second. You can hear the tires and the brakes screeching there, trying to stop. But man, she didnt look. She looked the other direction. Well, now, given, she looked the other direction because that is the other lane of traffic coming that direction. However, it looks like this officer was passing people up.
