Julie Nesseth thanks Crow Wing County Sheriff Scott Goddard Wednesday, Jan. 20, who presented her with a public service award at the sheriff s office for calling 911 when she and her husband Michael heard someone yelling for help Oct. 3 near the Hesitation Wildlife Management Area in the Garrison Township.
