What You Need to Know Both new OneAmerica executives have worked for Lincoln Financial. One of Zipari s new executives has worked for McKesson. The Manulife asset manager is a Credit Suisse alumnus. OneAmerica has hired Ryan Quillan and Mary Beth Carion to be regional vice presidents for sales and service. Quillan will manage sales teams and account managers for the Indianapolis-based insurer in Chicago, Colorado, Indianapolis, Michigan, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Carion will oversee sales operations in Atlanta; Charlotte, North Carolina; Louisville, Kentucky; Nashville, Tennessee; and Texas. Earlier in his career, Quillan worked for Lincoln Financial Group. He has a bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University.

Amazon Halo leader jumps ship for job at Biofourmis; former Livongo exc advises CareCentrix

Dr. Maulik Majmuda has joined Boston-based virtual care and digital therapeutics company Biofourmis as its chief medical officer, the company announced this week. Prior to this new role, Majmudar served as medical office at Amazon, where he led the development and launch of Amazon Halo. He also completed a stint at Massachusetts General Hospital as an associate director of the Healthcare Transformation Lab, and was an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School. Majmudar has a history with Biofourmis. He joined the company’s clinical advisory board in 2015 and has served on its board of directors since 2019. As CMO, he will work to expand the company’s clinical care services, oversee product management, data science and clinical affairs.
