The station has been mothballed two years, today it is open with funding from fema its being staffed by veterans and new graduates who were presented with the final piece of the uniforms. Just in time for what is the bay areas peak fire season. Were fortunate to be reopening this time of the year, this will be the highest fire danger. Some have seen that danger up close this year.
