Gray joined the organization on Feb. 22nd. “She is a very experienced leader who is passionate about the mission and vision of Danceworks,” said Rick Krueger, Danceworks Board President. “We’ve already got a fantastic staff, and the addition of Julia’s strategy, operations, fundraising and nonprofit experience will take the organization to another level. She will be able to jump right in and make a positive impact.” Gray brings more than 20 years of nonprofit and for-profit leadership experience to Danceworks. Her previous roles include leadership positions at the YMCA in Milwaukee and West Bend.
