The transaction for the Scottsdale mansion is the second priciest home sale in Arizona history, according to real estate records. A Scottsdale DC Ranch mansion sold for $24.1 million in October. Before that record-breaking sale, the highest-priced home ever sold in Arizona was the $19.25 million Paradise Valley mansion that Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver sold in late 2019.
