Delaware Master Gardeners announced gardening workshops designed to educate and inspire.
Rebecca Rendeiro will lead Preparing your Landscape for Spring at 12 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 26. Gardens may be asleep for the winter, but the gardener never really sleeps. This workshop will cover important tasks which can be completed during the quieter months of the year.
Judy Pfister will lead a workshop on growing native plants from seed at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 28. Growing native plants from seed is a great way to populate a garden with native plants without breaking the garden budget. The session will cover native plant pre-germination requirements as well as tips and techniques for both indoor and outdoor seed starting.
