BELMONT, MA Police are searching for Judith Morrison, a 64-year-old woman who left her Belmont home at 9 a.m. on Thursday, but never made it to her destination of Washington D.C.
Her EZ Pass was last used to cross the Delaware Memorial Bridge at the New Jersey-Delaware line at 11 p.m. yesterday. Her cell phone is off, and its last known location was in Sturbridge, MA. She s driving a gray 2014 Honda Accord.

The consequences of COVID-19 are everywhere, and one most people in the world have faced is lockdown in some form or other. There are a number of sensible crowd restrictions designed to minimise the potential spread of the virus but not all of them are sensible.
The Anzac crowd is usually quiet, respectable and well managed, while the football match is quite the opposite, a rowdy football crowd.

The conclusions in the final report of the review of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act (The Age, 28/1) are stark: the act is not fit for purpose and needs a complete overhaul. The urgency of this challenge demands that politicians of all parties work together to ensure that the natural beauty of the Australian landscape and its native wildlife remain as a legacy for generations to come.
