The town of New Sharon will be voting on officers of the town on Friday, March 1, and hold the annual town meeting the following day on Saturday, March 2.

Regional School Unit 9 directors also approved a proposal by the club to give naming rights to certain facilities at Caldwell Field at Mt. Blue High School.
Mt. Blue Middle School, along with Academy Hill, shared the results of their fall benchmark scores with the Regional School Unit 9 Board of Directors, and set their focus on improvement. Laura Columbia, Director of Curriculum, also shared updates on their strategic planning.
