WILLMAR A Willmar man appeared in Kandiyohi County District Court on felony charges he sexually assaulted a juvenile female multiple times starting in 2018 when she was 11.
Rolando Hernandez Hernandez, 44, is charged with felony first-degree criminal sex conduct penetration or contact with a person under 13, felony first-degree criminal sex conduct penetration victim under 16 significant relationship and felony second-degree criminal sex conduct significant relationship with a victim under 16.
