SHAH ALAM, March 12 Former prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin will be charged in the Sessions Court here tomorrow in relation to funds in the Bersatu party.
SHAH ALAM: A former senior manager of a construction company has been fined a total of RM222,000 by the Sessions Court here on Tuesday (Jan 10) on charges of corruption and failing to report offers of gratification to authorities.
SHAH ALAM: Two former senior officers of a private hospital were charged in the Sessions Court here for soliciting and accepting bribes linked to the awarding of contracts for medical equipment supply and land purchase for the hospital.
SHAH ALAM: An officer at the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) and her husband were charged at the Sessions Court here with four counts of abuse of power and abetment for valuation-related works amounting to over RM570,000 between 2019 and 2020.
SHAH ALAM (Bernama): A local authority employee pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here to two counts of bribery amounting to RM377,696, three years ago.
Ahmad Hasrul Ahmad Nordin, 43, assistant architect Grade JA29 attached to the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ)’s Engineering Department, made the plea before Judge Rozilah Salleh on Monday (Feb 8).
For the first charge, Ahmad Hasrul was accused of using his position to solicit bribes by preparing and signing the work instruction form for a payment claim amounting to RM318,762.54 related to the MBPJ Quarters Annual Maintenance Works (Zone A) phase one to Foller Trading.
