The creditor, an Indiana-based bank, told a federal court last week the Justice company delivered it $9.3 million in promissory notes in December 2021 under an amended agreement restructuring a loan secured by the helicopter.The court had ordered seizure of the helicopter by federal marshals to enforce a roughly $13 million judgment against the coal company, Bluestone Resources Inc., but United States District Judge James Jones stayed his own order in October after Bluestone contended a seizure would harm other creditors.
