Special Judge Rajesh J Katariya said in the order that there are reasonable grounds for believing that the accusations against the applicant are prima facie true.
A special court designated under the National Investigation Agency (NIA) Act has directed Taloja jail authorities to comply with orders issued last year to provide computer access to Bhima-Koregaon case accused lawyers Surendra Gadling and Arun Ferreira as the NIA has provided electronic evidence to them in a hard disk.
The duo was booked along with several other co-accused under provisions of the MCOCA, Explosives Act, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), and Information Technology Act and for criminal conspiracy among other offences.
