Donna Jayne Howard, 38, pleaded guilty to possession for the purpose of trafficking in provincial court after being arrested by RCMP on Nov. 4, 2017, in a part of Surrey known for drug dealing. She was in a vehicle that had been seen making a series of short stops in Surrey and Langley.

Howard admitted to police that she had drugs in her purse. A search revealed 65 “spitballs” of fentanyl and 155 counterfeit OxyContin pills later found to be fentanyl.
