The Justice Department announced Tuesday that it has charged two people with threatening federal judges this month, including a Florida woman who said she would kill the judge overseeing the case on the abortion pill.
Officials with the United States’ Attorney’s Office of the Northern District of Texas announced Tuesday that members of a family from Borger will appear in Amarillo Federal Court Wednesday morning for their involvement in the Jan. 6 insurrection in Washington D.C.
According to Associated Press reports, 54-year-old Thomas Munn, 55-year-old Dawn Munn, 29-year-old Kristi Munn and 18-year-old Kayli Munn were arrested in Borger Tuesday and were booked into the Randall County Jail. Twenty-four-year-old Joshua Munn was arrested in Melrose, Wisconsin, being released Tuesday after an initial federal court appearance in Madison, Wisconsin.
The Munns are expected to initially appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Lee Ann Reno at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Jail records list no attorneys for them, according to Associated Press reports.
