A judge in Yavapai County has agreed to step down from her post following her arrest and DUI conviction, according to officials with Arizona's Commission on Judicial Conduct.
Arizona judge, Celé Hancock, was stopped by police and arrested on suspicion of extreme DUI earlier in March - she was jailed for a day and fined $1,650. She was removed from the bench on Friday.
