Tuscola commissioners vote to become sanctuary county
Sheriff says other issues need to be addressed

TUSCOLA COUNTY During an unannounced move, Tuscola County commissioners approved a resolution to be a “Constitutional Second Amendment Sanctuary County.”
The Second Amendment sanctuary issue, which is also known as a “gun sanctuary,” is when a state or a county adopts laws or resolutions that prohibit or impede the enforcement of certain gun control measures perceived as a violation of the Second Amendment.
