I have had LEO information for several weeks that false flags were coming to stop voter recounts and election audits.
The first indicator I received was the fact that the mid-April conference, largely centering on election fraud had been targeted. I noted that some participants were rumored to have been targeted! I correctly predicted that Sydney Powell would not make a live appearance due to security concerns. I was proven correct as she delivered a rousing, but remote presentation on the same topic.
A judge said he’s not convinced private firms are protecting the rights of Maricopa County voters while conducting a review of the 2020 election ordered by the Republican-led Arizona state Senate.
But Judge Daniel Martin is letting the audit and recount at Veterans Memorial Coliseum continue, at least for now.
Martin took over the case after Judge Christopher Coury recused himself Sunday afternoon. An attorney working for the firm Cyber Ninjas, a defendant in the case, used to work in Coury’s office.
During a Tuesday morning hearing, Martin reiterated a legal position previously stated by Coury that Republican senators have the authority to conduct a review of the election. However, Martin stated that authority must be weighed against constitutional provisions and Arizona laws that protect ballot privacy and confidential voter information.

This was the decision of Judge Martin based on the case that he presides over after Judge Christopher Coury resigned himself from the case, based on court technicalities earlier, reported The Epoch Times.
Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat who challenges the evaluation, and the First Amendment Coalition of Arizona, a nonprofit that advocates journalists and counseled by Perkins Coie, were also granted motions to interfere by Martin.
