Reports indicate the case will be before the Rutherford County courts in the near future. Mrs. Toni Odom was only 27-years-old when she was killed. Prior to her death, the victim was married to the accused suspect for five years. Looking back, the two wed when Toni was only 22-years-old and the suspect was 45.
