A trigger-happy Assistant Superintendent of Police, (ASP) Drambi Vandi, who is being prosecuted for killing a pregnant Lagos-based lawyer, Mrs. Bolanle Raheem, on Christmas Day in 2022 has closed his defence at the Lagos State High Court sitting at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos Island. Following Vandi's closure of his defence, the trial judge, Justice Ibironke Harrison ordered lawyers in the case to file their written addresses in the trial before the next adjourned date.
A police officer, Drambi Vandi, who allegedly shot and killed a Lagos-based lawyer on Christmas Day has closed his defence, before a Lagos High Court, Tafawa Balewa Square. Vandi, is standing trial on a count charge of shooting and killing a Lagos-based lawyer, Mrs Omobolanle Raheem, on Dec. 25, 2022, at Ajah area of Lagos.
